Had a very full day yesterday, up very early, went to B&Q,as soon as they were open to get my paint to begin the decorating of our Main living room, This was accelerated, by the fact that I have arranged for the delivery of my latest aquistion, the wall unit I bought at Saturday's sale rooms, so I thought that I would get that wall repainted where I intend it be. I decided at that we would change the colour That was formally there and have a new one. I looked at the whole range and decided upon "Fairy dust" a very light pastel shade of Pink, as I think that will make the room "Feel" warmer, so when completed, will be the whole bungalow has been redecorated since Christmas, I am very pleased as just, a few short days ago it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to even THINK about it, and now it is almost completed ,and it has both been a pleasure and so easy to accomplish. HOW great is our GOD, who heals and blesses us so. Light lunch today an old favourite we haven't had for Yonks, Faggotts and gravy with a few lightly cooked vegetables, Then for Todays tea time it has to BE,!!?? PANCAKES, of course, Shrove Tuesday, and then into our" LENTERN" season tomorrow. I do not, attempt to give up ? any thing, a thing I decided upon many years ago but, rather, to add something. and this year it is to have additional time to Pray for "The spiritually oppressed People " of our world. Have a great day every one, P. T. P.

You have certainly been very busy! The fairy dust colour sounds nice. We had pancakes this lunchtime before a children's holiday club. It was all about giving so we made cards to give to whoever we wanted to, made clay people - our neighbour and made a lent advent calendar. We sang songs and had stories and also made pancakes - it was very busy and fun. This evening is a Shrove Tuesday supper - about 80 people coming, so better get the oven on! 6 people share the cooking - chicken, jacket potatoes, lots of veg; followed by bread and butter pudding! Have just set the tables. They look very nice with flower arrangements and pretty napkins. Jx
