Wednesday 17th 2010

a reasonably nice morning to start the day a little sun and a lot of cloud but a dry day in prospect but rain is forecast in varying degrees from tomorrow, which will be good to the gardeners of our world, we have to visit the hospital today for Eileen to see the dental expert to hopefully treat her long awaited root extraction, whether today will seethe treatment begin or just to have a look at the problem with a view to fix a date for the future we are not as yet clear but will soon find out
this afternoon I shall try to visit my sister in Moulton, and tonight shall I hope go to hear a representative of "open Doors"an evangelical organization we both support in prayer and
financially, the person who will be there was I believe a muslim who found salvation, through the movement and will be sharing with us "life under islamic regime" with all its hardships and troubles, this is at The Methodist Church" Great Billing, so I shall have a look to see where it is after Eileen's visit, easier than looking for it in the dark tonight, I hope!!. started myfirst "tumbling" stone and rock polishing yesterday, with a view that I can use what is tumbled for many things on the ladies craft stall later this year in aid of our Building fund, we are looking to raise a huge sum of something in excess of £1,000,000. whow it does seem ridiculous but as I keep reminding our "leadership team" we have a "ridiculous God who produces ridiculous
things for HIS "ridiculous people, ( see 1 Pet 2 v9 KJV.)? I havn't done any polishing for over two years now but once again feel the urge. so of they go to tumbling on for two weeks or more?? with nothing to but wait, cheery bye PtP.

Like Birdy I wish Eileen well in her hospital visit. Not nice but has to be done.
