Good Day Yesterday not to strenuous, rest was the order of the day my throat was very bad but thankfully did not interfere with my "Sabbath" enjoyed much fellowship with the brethren, but then rested at home for its remainder, did watch the formula 1 first race with great enjoyment and we were given a taste of what promises to be a really interestingly exciting racing year, today is my home group, but not a lot to prepare, we shall be thinking of and looking ahead to our first big project of this year"What would you do if you had only one month to live" we watched a very interesting video at fellowship yesterday where several people were canvassed and asked the question, with as expected, many and varied answers that have and will continue to challenge us as we prepare first as a Church and then as individuals through our respective groups, to respond ourselves. very interesting but thought provoking challenges ahead as we try to be honest and answer the question.

  1. Good day for keeping still, quiet and listening it seems - enforced by that sore throat?! Prone as I used to be, to awful 'throats' I always rebelled and wanted to talk more! Lol! But you appear to have been able to rest more yesterday. Hope you continue to get rid of it quickly.
No shouting at 'the box' either! The sport you enjoy sounds exciting....
